All Kinds of Knots

Double fisherman’s knot: this knot is used to tie two sections of rope or cord together. It is also used on your rudder cord.

Anchor Braid: easy knot to tie. Use it when transporting or mooring your kayak.

Dutch marine bowline or cowboy bowline: a non-slip knot at the end of a cord. These knots are used on the cords attaching the compartment covers to your kayak.

Multifold-overhand knot: this type of knot adds weight to a rope and makes it easier to pull in hand over hand.

The reef knot: this is an easy knot to tie and is used to tie two pieces of rope or cord together.
