Ookpik Duo seat

The Ookpik Duo touring kayak is equipped with a sliding front comfort seat that allows you to paddle alone or with a partner.

Paddling solo? Simply loosen the handles at the back of the backrest, on the bow seat. Slide the seat to the central position.  If your kayak is equipped with an optional rudder, remember to slide the pedals towards you before advancing your seat. Paddling in tandem? Slide the seat to the location best suited to the height of the paddler. Tighten the ergonomic handles.

It is important to properly adjust your seat. Settle into your seat and straighten your back. Pull the straps on either side of the seat to move the backrest forward. To move the backrest backward, raise the buckle and simultaneously press lightly against the backrest.
