Returns + Cancellations

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been prepared for shipment at warehouse. You may email us at info@borealdesign.com to see if your order can still be cancelled. After an order has been packaged and scheduled for pick up with freight company you will no longer be able to cancel your order. At this point you will have to return your order once you receive it.

Returns:

Accessories: We accept returns for a period of 15 days from receipt. The product must be returned in new condition in its complete packaging for a refund. You are responsible paying return shipping costs. We are not responsible for loss or damaged items in transit.

Kayaks, Canoes and SUP's: We accept returns for a period of 15 days from receiving boat. The product must be returned in new condition in its complete packaging for a refund. Canoes, kayaks and/or SUP's that have been used or damaged will not be accepted. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns. Expect 25-45 business days for item to be delivered back to our warehouse. You are responsible paying return shipping costs. We are not responsible for loss or damaged items in transit. It can take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

If your kayak is damaged or missing product, please note it on the Bill of Lading before releasing the driver as it can be very difficult to file claims with transporters otherwise. Please also take pictures to support the claim. Once you have done this, please email us at info@borealdesign.com within 24 hours. Our team will assist you in getting credited by the shipping company who has damaged your goods.
